Postage and Shipping
Australia Post parcel service can experience delays. We always endeavour to dispatch your order promptly to Aust Post and once they have received it you will receive a notification from us. Please follow your tracking details when you receive your shipment email from us. Please note: Regular post does not have tracking and we have no control over Aust Post delivery once they have received your dispatched order. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience due to Aust Post delays. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery Times
AUSTRALIA
Red Satchel (500g) - includes tracking and can take 3 to 10 Business days
Express Satchel (500g) - includes tracking and can be over night for CBD address but sometimes 2 to 4 days.
Regular Post (500g) - Is at the buyers risk - We have no way of tracking regular posted items and delivery can take up to 3 weeks. We deliver regular post orders to the post office with in 24hrs of receiving your order and once posted we take an image of your parcel with the post office official stamp as proof of our delivery.
IMPORTANT: We do not take responsibility for delayed or missing post (it's out of our hands once we deliver to the post office) and it is up to the customer to follow up with Australia Post.
Please note: If your purchase delivery in time sensitive or what could be a difficult/complicated address please do not use regular post.
REST OF THE WORLD
International registered mail 500g - includes tracking and can take 7 to 20 Business days.
International customers: We understand the postage we charge maybe too expensive. Just a thought... you can fit up to 10 x Headsox in any 500g international post bag and therefore amortise the cost over a greater number of purchased items.
International Post requires a signature. If you are unable to sign for the delivery your order will be delivered to an Australia Post or international contractors outlet for your collection. You will be advised by a card in your mailbox when and where parcels are available for collection.
Estimated delivery times: Australia Post Red satchel are usually from two to four days for populated areas. Express Post can be over night to Capital cities of QLD, NSW, VIC and SA, three days for TAS, Perth and Darwin suburbs. Remote and isolated areas of Australia can, of course, be expected to take longer.
Headsox Crew dispatches online orders on all business days excluding public holidays.
If you do not receive your Receipted Delivery parcels within these estimated times please wait an extra day or two before contacting us. Initially notify us by email at sales@headsox.com.au Include your order confirmation number and a telephone number where we can contact you. We will advise you of our progress tracking the missing articles. Replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion after we have made reasonable tracking attempts.> Headsox Crew
